Peacefully grant the State of West Virginia to withdraw from the United States and create its own NEW government.

Due to the Obama administration’s policies and the decline of jobs in the state of West Virginia we request that Obama step down or peacefully grant the State of WV to withdraw from the United States and create its own NEW government
