Peacefully grant the State of Wisconsin to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

This is a place where my fellow residents of Wisconsin can let their voice be heard, peacefully, and for each voice to be counted by all of America. Something must be done, not just to help our state but others as well.We need progress. We need help. We need a place where we can all live, not just try and survive.
