Peacefully grant the State of Wisconsin to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The Patriot Act is one of the worst assaults on civil liberties witnessed by Americans since the founding of our Nation. The government can't tell us to give up our God given rights and freedoms for the illusion of safety. Cannabis and hemp have MANY beneficial properties about them that can be utilized in the health industry and product production industry but it's been illegal for 75 years! Hemp was once called the billion dollar crop, let's let farmers grow what they want so long as it's not detrimental to anyone's health. There are natural cures for cancer, and the medical industry is allowed to use very dangerous and expensive chemo treatments that shred our red and white blood cells and bankrupt families completely at times. Tax hikes will not inspire long term economic growth.
