Peacefully grant the State of Wisconsin to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

We, the People of the State of Wisconsin do hereby recognize that the Federal Government has become destructive to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We recognize that the President has the power, under illegal means, to: go to war without Congressional approval, indefinitely detain citizens and strip them of due process via the NDAA, violate their privacy through tyrannical agencies such as the TSA, spy on citizens illegally under the Patriot Act, place them on No-Fly Lists without due process, assassinate citizens by Executive decree, and so on. The Federal Government no longer serves the best interests of the People of Wisconsin, and such abuses have not been confined to any one Administration. We therefore request the opportunity to peacefully secede from the United States.
