The people of West Virginia respectfully request to be allowed to withdraw membership from the United States of America based on our belief that the government of the United States is undermining the State's rights. The policies of the administration currently in office are infringing on the rights and privilages of the State's inhabitants especially in regards to the constant harassment from the EPA against West Virginia's coal industry and its employees which directly effects said State's financial stability.
