Peacefully grant the State of Wyoming to peacefully withdraw from the United States and to form it's own government.

Under the auspices of the 9th and 10th Amendments of the Constitution of the United States of America the Citizens of the State of Wyoming take this grave action in an attempt to restore sovereignty back unto itself so as to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and to our posterity. All three branches of The Federal Government have grossly overstepped their Constitutional authority and now represent a clear and present danger to the Citizens of the State of Wyoming. Therefore we the undersigned assert our right to peacefully withdraw from the Union and to seek out a new means of securing our future liberty and economic prosperity. Our fiscal responsibility speaks for itself and we do not wish to be a part of a govt which is wasting our grandchildrens finances.
