Peacefully grant the State of Wyoming to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government's neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. Wyoming is very rich in natural resources and can sustain itself while providing for and protecting its citizens. Wyoming is ranked highly in doing business while maintaining a balanced budget and continues to lead the US in economy. It is only practical for Wyoming to withdraw from the union to re-secure the citizens rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government. The state of Wyoming would like to continue in its pursuit of happiness and plans to peacefully withdraw from the union.
