Peacefully grant states petitioning to withdraw from the united states Recreational Marijuana Legalization. They need it

Several states within our United States have begun to use a petition to peacefully withdraw from the United States to form a new government. You know, like in Family Guy, when Peter (the fat, lovable idiot) starts a new country in the middle of Quohog, and realizes that he can't do anything without a central government. A proposition has been made that the states filing these petitions have put no thought into their actions. I propose that we immediately legalize Recreational Marijuana as a last ditch effort to help our fellow Americans get their thought back! Put America back together, sign below!
