Peaceful Secession and Reformation Petition of 2012
Peacefully grant whichever state(s) that wish to secede from the original United States of America to leave and come together to form a new nation under a new government and Constitution. The old bonds with the U.S. will be totally dissolved and the new nation shall remain neutral against the U.S. Neither ally nor enemy.
