Stephen Colbert continues to suffer difficulties stemming from his 2008 presidential campaign in which he lost the election. Further distress being fueled by President Obama's reelection of 2012.
We the people find it unconstitutional for Mr. Colbert having to witness the federal government continue to act unconstitutional towards his and our rights.
Thus we demand that Stephen Colbert be granted the right to form his own NEW government known as the "Colbert Nation".
Not only is "Colbert Nation" economically feasible with Mr Colbert's Super PAC, but "Colbert Nation" will be the greatest nation ever established as deduced from Mr. Colbert's own premise
