Peacefully grant the U.S. to void the current policy of using electoral votes and instead make every vote count.

We the people of the United States would like to make every vote count. Let's do away with the electoral votes and instead move forth with the popular vote. We have come along way since this notion was set forth. There is no reason why we cannot make every vote count.
