Peacefully keep the federal goverment from intersepting the tax refunds from people who owe back child support.

It is not the duty of the federal goverment to take the tax refunds of hard working people in this country cause they owe back or current child support.Some american people depend on that refund every year,Child support is set by the state.NOT BY THE GOVERMENT.it is not the place of the goverment or the irs to take money from the people of this country that is not theirs to take.
