Peacefully postpone considerations for secession until one month later, when everybody has a chance to cool off.

This petition would hold off the true votes for secession for a month. In this time, everyone would have a chance to think more rationally, as opposed to making a mistake in a heat of passion. It seems to me some people are just profiteering on the fury at Obama and manipulating a lot of angry people. This is not good.
