Peacefully recognize the severance of the Confederate States of America from the Union.

I would like to ask Mr. Obama to justly recognize the existence of the Confederate States of America, and in doing so rightfully grant pardon to the C.S.A. The Confederacy never surrendered to the United States of America and there-by still exists. Only the Virginia volunteer army was surrendered under Gen. Robert E. Lee. Jefferson Davis and his vice president never surrendered our government nor our rights. Please Grant the Confederate States of America its rightful pardon from the Union. The Confederacy will remain neutral with the United States. The war of northern aggression was horrible and unjust. Please do not take this petition as a sign of aggression, rather one of peace and understanding of what is rightfully that of the Confederate States of America. God Bless.
