Please remind all of the "peacefully grant the state of [x] to secede" that this power lies within their state, not the Federal government, and that their state constitution must be altered in order for this to happen.
Notwithstanding that many of the requests are the biggest recipients of Federal monies and routinely receive a multiple of Federal taxes paid back in Federal aid dollars, you may also wish to remind a growing number of people upset about the election that this isn't a you-ocracy. Your guy won't always win.
That, and that good grammar is always considered desirable in a national petition to the President - "peacefully grant the state of [x] to secede" not only demonstrates poor knowledge of the political process, but poor English as well.
