All residents are to vacate the State of South Carolina and leave the United States within 7 days. Residents may take all possessions they can carry on their persons. The United States is to recover all costs related to the defense of South Carolina, federal Highway Subsidies, and all other Federal funding provided in the last 25 years, over and above tax receipts. Residents waive all citizen rights, and may never return to the United States, or any of its territories, not even for vacations at Disneyworld. Good riddance.
