"Peacefully remove the State of California from the United States and force it to create its own NEW goverment.

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the California state government's neglect to reform domestic spending. The citizens of the US outside of California suffer from their blatant abuses of federal "grants" and other federal revenue. Given that other states maintain balanced budgets, it is not feasible for California to remain in the union. This action would protect our citizens' standard of living and re-secure our rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the California government remaining in the union.
