Daenerys is the only daughter and youngest child of King Aerys II Targaryen and his sister-wife, Queen Rhaella. When the Usurper Robert Baratheon had claimed the throne and Aerys and the rest of the royal family had been killed, Daenerys and her older brother Viserys, the only living Targaryen heirs, were shuttled to Essos where they have since lived in exile. Since then, Daenerys has taken on new titles Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Shackles/Chains, and Queen of Meereen. She is the rightful heir and Lord of the Seven Kingdoms. She should be restored to the Iron Throne.
