Create a 51st state known as South California to be separate from northern California. The new state line will include the following counties: San Luis Obispo, Kern, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, Orange, and Imperial. The counties mentioned above will be called South California or a name chosen by the people.
