We the undersigned citizens of the United States of America agree that Washington DC, with specific reference to the organized Senate, House of Representatives (legislative), Executive and Judicial branch of government has become dysfunctional, self serving, disloyal to the constitution that gave it birth and is no longer serving the will of the people in terms of their liberty and their collective sovereignty as a nation.
