The United States is a country of unity, a country indivisible, a country that can only be strong if all the states stay together.
Without unity, America would never get independence,
as the British army could crash down every single weak colony easily.
Without unity, America would never get through the World Wars, as the Japanese could conquer the entire Pacific and our nation without any resistance,
Without unity, America would never see the end of the Cold War, as we had already collapsed before the Soviet did.
So, to keep America strong, we must be united, against the peitions threatening our nation's sovereign integrity.
We, therefore, have responsbiliotes to empower President to act, to stop such petitons, to stop any state's secession, to stop the nation's division.
