Penalize Employers Failing To Pay At Least Twice The Minimum Wage As Starting Pay

Created by D.C. on December 06, 2013

Many businesses in America pay minimum wage because they are start ups and can't afford to pay higher. Others are corporations who simply don't want to reward their employees for working harder than expected. This is completely unsatisfactory. Therefore be it proposed at this time that the United States Government require that all businesses pay at least twice minimum wage as the starting pay for all employees or face penalties in the following manner:

1. All employers who don't pay at least twice minimum wage as starting pay for all positions shall use profits after wages, taxes, and bills, to pay their debts.
2.Once all debts are paid in full, the employer shall be required to pay all remaining profits, not allocated to job creation, equally to the owner, business, and employees.
