Defense of Liberty Act:

To uphold the liberties of all Americans from unwanted harassment by the media (NO FOIA requests granted for gun owner information), inappropriate restrictions on firearm ownership (no new restrictions on ownership beyond GCA 1934, 1968, and 1986), and introduces penalties to elected officials for proposing and enacting legislation that is found unconstitutional (this wastes tax dollars). The penalty for PROPOSING LEGISLATION at the Federal, State, or Local level that violates these parameters is 5 years imprisonment 1st offence, 2nd offence is life in prison. Should an unconstitutional bill or proposed legislation be enacted into law, ordinance, or code at the Federal, State, or Local level will be defined as high treason against the government of the USA.
