If a Government or State official is caught abusing their power, or breaking laws they are supposed to be enforcing. They should get two times the penalty of a normal citizen.
This is for all the victims of police brutality & other horrendous crimes officials with power get away with.
Hypocrites posing as police officers should not have power & should be exposed.
