Penny In A Fountain Act should allow that by signing this petition, I allow myself a one cent, once in a lifetime tax added on to my year-end total of federal taxes, in order to help fund the broadcast of this petition on public radio and newspaper once in every capital city in every state, and it must be addressed in the State of the Union Address. WE ARE THE PEOPLE! Ever wonder how many people believe in putting others above themselves? Ever wonder who still believes in kindness anymore?
