Require that all pensions be enforced by the same legislation that applies to the USPS within the USA or any protectorate, or area under US law. Currently, the pension requirements are inconsistent in legislation for contributions, investments or protections that ensure they are available to retirees. We need to ensure that pensions are not stolen as part of 'restructuring' or 'loan collateral' in an effort to steal the resources.
