We, the peoples of State of Sabah and Kingdom of Sarawak representative of all races and creeds from different background and religion of our society, are writing to seek the assistance of the United Nations to review the arbitrary and indecorous surrender of our sovereignty by the United kingdom of Great Britain Northern Ireland under Royal Command of Her Majesty The Queen of England, to the Federation of Malaysia on 16th September 1963 and which was sanctioned by the United Nations without exercise of the right of self-determination in contravention of the spirit and letter of the United Nations and Decolonization Declaration adopted by the General Assembly of Resolution 1514 (XV) of the 14th December 1960.
