This is a petition respectfully requesting President Barack Obama to gather random citizens from around the country and from normal walks of life to form, implement and imbed a citizens participation group to be assigned to various government stations of their choosing. The purpose is to help the government get in better touch with the average American citizen and to help the average citizen get in better touch with their government outside the fog of the media shouting over each other.
I respectfully request you consider a plan of gathering at random, or by lottery, 50 citizens to form a ' touch base' advisory panel to help mend the gap between the Government and the American citizen. This panel will rotate bi-monthly for the rest of your term as President of our country.
