We the people ask the federal government to Take or explain a position on an issue or policy:

People of Arab decent considered a minority and not white, it is more accurate in agency selection of candidates.

It is important to categorize arab-Americans as such because they are indeed a minority group, most are arabic speaking and can contribute tremendously to agencies around the United States. Aside from being bilingual, they have a culture that is still not fully understood and can be brought to wherever they decide to work. In conclusion, Arab-Americans are more accurately described as a minority group and it is important to realize classifying them as white turns a blind eye to a person who is indeed Arab.
