The people should be able to have a real say in what bills are passed. We should have more power than all the government combined. If the president veto's a bill and the people vote for it to pass, then it passes.
This right should include all bills passed, past or present. If the people decide a bill is wrong then it will be removed. If we feel that something should be added (I.E. the government cannot intervene in protests of any kind unless considered violent or threatening) then we will add it.
This simple Idea could fix many current problems by forcing all politicians to not be corrupt. A politician cannot be corrupt if they cannot pass there terrible laws. The people should have the power, not politicians. We know what we want so lets us pick what we want.
