A person should ACTUALLY have some skill at driving a car before giving them a license to drive a couple tons of steel.at this point any person can get a license while at least half of these people have no driving ability at all!!! Having the rigjt to drive shouldnt be just a given thing people need practice and common sense and if you dont have the ability you shouldnt be driving,it takes 50 times more effort,work,and practice to obtain almoat anything in this country,and if you have ever driven on our roads you know 60% of drivers shouldnt be behind the wheel!!!
