This is a petition I'm starting on behalf of all US citizens who want the F.B.I. to operate as intended and not as they see fit whenever they want to abuse their powers. James Comey has abused his power as well as the power of the F.B.I. by giving immunity to protect co-conspirators involved in the Hillary Clinton email scandal. Immunity is supposed to be granted in exchange for information leading to prosecution or indictment of the main culprits of a crime, not to protect the underlings from all liability in their part of said crime with no vital information given in return.
Furthermore, James Comey abused his power by rewriting a law to include intent when none is required to prove guilt. Section 793(f) of the federal penal code (Title 18). The F.B.I. cannot write laws or ignore them.
