We the People of the United States, hereby demand that the Obama administration work with the United States Congress in a bi-partisan effort to reduce the national deficit as well as secure a balanced budget in the form of spending control.
We authorize cuts to spending in non-essential areas of federal services. We expect the federal government to use basic finance methods as every American does. We demand that the government stop spending more than it takes in.
