The people of the United States request at this time when our economy is in such dire straits. That our government immediately cut the amount of foreign aid being giving to other countries from our budget and use the money to aid our country on the road to recovery.
Investing it in programs that will help to support the road to recovery. Such as investing the money into programs such as more financial aid to help more people be able to afford higher education without going into debt. To help feed the hungry, to give shelter to those who have none.
Within a time our poor economy, it is time to take care of our own. Before taking care of the rest of the world.
