Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution signed into law, and Congress passed the amendment on March 21, 1947. It was ratified by the requisite number of states on February 27, 1951.states in part: 'Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once" (Wikipedia). It has not been changed since 1951~It is obsolete and not indicative of the will of the people of the United States of America in 2012-2013.
