i say people on welfare should be check by the government once a month to see what they are doing with the money. They should have to keep a record of everything they buy and have to present it every month during the inspection. Lastly they should be drug tested every month if they pass they will continue getting money if they fail the month will be cut off untill the can clean there self up and children will also be taken away unitl so
