Animal abuse has been going on for as long as anyone can remember and yet no one really pays attention to it. Every 10 seconds an animal is getting abused whether it's at an animal farm, at a home, shelter etc. This can all come to an end if we all come together and stand up for what's right. Animal abuse should not be a thing in America or anywhere else, anyone who abuses an animal should be severely punished. When someone abuses an animal it should go on their criminal record so they won't be able to have another animal in their possession.
