I am creating a petition to ask the support of the US government to allow there to be bureau that acts only as an enforcement to police with disorderly conduct towards the people of America. I believe that this bureau will have positive impact by showing the people that no one including law enforcement is above the law in America and our tax payers will feel safe knowing that they will receive justice in any accurance where unjust action has taken place. Justice will be given by the bureau in detaining any official in criminal activity or unjust conduct where he/she will be trialed as treason to the people of America by breaking the oath to protect and serve and charging a 10000 fine the to any police department that allowed such action to take place. The BP acts as advocates.
