This is an idea to greater allow citizens to make the decisions in our government. The petition suggests the removal of the House Representatives to allow a poll-based online database where citizens are randomly selected, much like a jury, to create and approve bills. The database would give participants information on the bills as well as the ability to discuss with other participants. The site would also have a public section for other citizens to give their voice. To ensure that the bills would be properly looked over and approved, the passed bills from the database could be vetoed by the Senate if the senators reach a disapproval percentage greater than the approval percentage of the database.
