This petition hopes to widen the scope of those protected under our constitution, specifically regarding those fundamental rights within the Bill of Rights, to include all living beings. The hope is to include all livings beings, not just humans, within our understanding of "the individual" by protecting the same freedom to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all living beings.
