Since his music terrorizes the minds of innocent children, that would certainly qualify him to be label an international terrorist (he's from Canada). 4. Canada, of all places, has already disowned him. 5. He thinks its funny to spit on his fans from a balcony (potentially spreading the many diseases that he's contracted in his mouth), which is essentially performing a biological attack on American citizens.
