Perform a drug test, implement social worker visits, and consider keep under strict control the well fare program.

As US citizen I'm consider a lot of money is spend in a welfare program, a lot of people live from this program and is not monitored like need to be, in my opinion people who receive welfare is a government employee, but, without duty, at this point I consider this people need to have the regular employment check, like, Background check, Initial drug test and random drug test, to qualified for the program, use our social workers and check visually the situation not just a paper work, and reduce the time of help and made a program to incorporate this people to the regular work routine, most of this people are healthy, young. they just Lazy I'm agree to prosecute people who made fraud to the system, I'm very upset see my taxes go a way, re-structure the program please.
