Perform Drug Testing on ALL Members of the United States Congress.

Many State Senators, State Congresspersons, and members of the Federal Congress have expressed an interest in Drug Testing Welfare recipients. Because drug testing is normal for a majority of American Citizens in critical jobs, and because there is no more critical job than running our Government, I propose that all members of Congress must submit to urine testing before they take a Congressional seat, and that they submit to random urine testing while in office.
