perform his Constitutional duty and nominate a candidate to fill the vacancy in the United States Supreme Court.

This is a petition to encourage President Obama to perform his duty as laid out in the Constitution, in that the President nominates members of the United States Supreme Court with the advice and consent of the United States Senate. To delay in nomination could have effects on cases currently before the judiciary this session. To not nominate would be a clear avoidance of performance of his Constitutional duty.
