Everyone that is applying for welfare or is already receiving wefare needs to be subject to a drug test on a monthly basis in order to qualify for such benefit. These people that are entitled to such also need to provide a job application as proof that they are actively looking on a weekley basis.
There should be no reason why any member of society can be on welfare without going through any of the above mentioned. Our military men and women go through drug tests without notice throughout their careers in order to maintain their job and be able to serve our Nation.
Lastly there is no need to waste our tax money on "Obama phones" when they are completely unecessary. Cellphones are a luxury and if you are on welfare and cannot afford it on your own then you do not need it.
