As all you can see there are so many petitions here that have nothing to do with America. People are complain about random things happening in China, Koria, Japan, Ukrane, Isreal, France, or anywhere else. Some of them don't even use English. This is very annoying and I feel they have become the pain in the ass. This people know very clearly that there's nothing the US gov't could do and there petitions are totally useless. But they keep posting these useless stuff just because they want to find a random place to complain. This is very sad because this website is supposed to serve only US people. This is a kind of internet spamming and waste of server.
For the reason above, I seriously ask admin to officially recognize it as a violation of terms of use, and perm ban these a**holes.
