We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Permanent Abolition of the Military Maximum Age Limit

Created by J.S. on May 16, 2016

Any employment contingency that does not correlate with a measurement of a person's ability to perform required duties to at least the basic standards is an unduly discriminatory contingency. No federal employer is permitted to proffer, perpetuate, or otherwise maintain unduly discriminatory contingencies. However, the maximum age limit is not, and cannot possibly be, a measurement of a person's ability to perform required duties to at least the basic standards. Therefore, the military maximum age limit must be abolished permanently.
