Sign into law a bill making permanent the Bush era tax cuts for income earners at all levels. In addition, pass a mandate for the legislative and executive branches requiring a $1 trillion dollar true reduction in spending that must be put into effect before the end of FY2013. Spending cuts should be made across the three largest expenditure categories, defense, welfare, and tax expenditures.
