Permanent public school food collection.

This petition is to require schools to accept food donations all year long.
This is important because U.S. is currently throwing away food in bulk.
This is very counter productive. By collecting it at schools we can offer it for free back to the students. This would help decrease poverty and hunger in our nation.
Any overflow food in our communities can be redistributed among our nations, or be shipped to third world countries in need.
