Permanent residents should be allowed to vote in Federal elections because they are being taxed but no represented by government. If not taxation without representation is one of the philosophies of the United States, then we are simply doing what the British Parliament did back in the 1700's, thus starting the Revolutionary War.
I believe it would be in the best interested of Green Card hold to vote because they are PERMANENT residents who would like to voice their opinion by voting for the next leader or leaders of this country.
These are permanent residents that have no say in the next presidential election, we must change that.
